At North Voyagers, we strive to provide the best travel experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all travelers.
1. Booking Confirmation
All tour bookings are confirmed after receiving the required advance payment. Once the booking is confirmed, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of North Voyagers.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your tour booking, the following refund policy will apply:
- 15 days or more before the tour departure: 80% refund of the total amount paid.
- 7 to 14 days before the tour departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 7 days before the tour departure: No refund will be issued.
These charges apply because hotels, transportation, and other tour services are reserved in advance.
3. Cancellation by North Voyagers
In rare situations where North Voyagers must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or safety concerns, travelers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule the tour for another available date.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable, including:
- Hotel bookings already confirmed
- Flight tickets
- Jeep rides or adventure activities booked in advance
- Entry tickets and permits
These services depend on third-party providers whose policies may apply.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during booking whenever possible.
6. No Show Policy
If a traveler fails to join the tour at the scheduled departure time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
