Tour Refund Policy
North Voyagers keeps its cancellation and refund policy fair, transparent, and easy to understand — so you can book your Hunza, Skardu, or Neelum Valley tour with confidence.
At North Voyagers, we design every northern Pakistan tour around your plans. However, we also understand that travel plans sometimes change. This refund policy explains exactly how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work for all North Voyagers bookings.
1Booking Confirmation
North Voyagers confirms every tour booking once we receive the required advance payment. After confirmation, the customer accepts North Voyagers’ full terms and conditions, including this refund policy.
2Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel a confirmed tour, North Voyagers applies the following refund tiers based on how early you notify us:
- 15 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the total amount paid.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund is issued.
These charges apply because hotels, transportation, and other tour services are reserved in advance on your behalf.
3Cancellation by North Voyagers
In rare situations, North Voyagers must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or road and safety closures in the northern areas. When this happens, we offer travelers a choice:
- A full refund of the amount paid, or
- The option to reschedule the tour to another available date.
4Non-Refundable Services
Certain services within your tour package may be non-refundable, including:
- Hotel bookings already confirmed
- Flight tickets
- Jeep rides and adventure activities booked in advance
- Entry tickets and permits
These services depend on third-party providers, so their individual cancellation policies may also apply.
5Refund Processing Time
North Voyagers processes approved refunds within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Whenever possible, we issue the refund using the same payment method you used during booking.
6No-Show Policy
If a traveler fails to join the tour at the scheduled departure time without prior notice, North Voyagers considers this a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
